You have a criminal case that has been dismissed. You may be eligible to destroy all records associated with your case. We will file a Petition for Expunction on your behalf requesting the Court grant an Order to Destroy all Court/Police/Probation Records (Paper and Online) associated with your case.

Fees - Expunctions
Our Fees (Includes Filing Fees) are as follows:
Harris County Expunctions - $900 flat fee.
Montgomery County Expunctions - $900 flat fee.
Fort Bend County Expunctions - $1000 flat fee.
Other Texas Counties - $1200 flat fee.
What We Do For You
We provide an initial free phone consultation. We will answer questions about the expunction process and what to expect from us.
We know you are elgible and entitled to an expunction of one or more of your dismissed cases.
We have already done the research and reached out to you directly to offer our services.
Once you hire us, we do all the work from there. From drafting, filing, and processing your lawsuit, nothing is required from you.
We provide e-mail updates for each part of the expunction process. Usually every four to six weeks.

Expunctions usually take three to six months from start to finish.
Once your Expunction is process, we provide you with your Original Signed Order of Expunction.
